RSV stinks!!!

Well Miss Kendall started coughing Sunday, January 23rd so I took her into the doctor the next day. Diagnosis...RSV. YUCK! I wouldnt wish this on anyone. It is just awful! So, we have spent the past two weeks at home. Week one with mom and week two with Mom, Grandpa and Nana. So lucky to have so much help!
Poor baby at her worst but still trying to be happy...breaks my heart.

We spent lots of time watching mickey mouse, who she is obsessed with! She grins/chuckles everytime he comes on the TV. I see a trip to DisneyWorld in the future for sure.
We got all dressed up FOUR times to go see the Doctor. At least she is getting use out of her cute clothes!
She also got a new toy from Granny...shes not quite bit enough for it yet so she lasts about 2 minutes tops. Should be fun in about a month though.
We had a good time together even though she was sickly! I just hate to not get to stay home with this sweet baby girl! It truly is such a blessing to be a mom and have such a little miracle to look at everyday!!!

Just hanging out...

I am so thankful for long weekends! I enjoyed being home with my little girl so much! She is just changing every day and its so fun to watch. Here are some pics from the weekend....

So excited to be going to Grannys to visit!
We finally took the sling out of her tub and now shes in PHASE TWO of the tub thing :) Woo hoo! She loves it and still scares herself when she makes a big splash b/c shes not sure what to do.

I found a new way to keep her entertained. She is very observant and always wants to know whats going on. So, instead of cooking while she sleeps, she sits in her bumbo on the counter and watches what I do. Maybe in a few months she will be cooking???

Ok...we have not mastered sitting up yet and have a bit of a lean...but were getting there!

Cotton Bowl

Poor Ags! They gave it a good run in the first half....but just didn't pull it out agains LSU! We still had a lot of fun though. I missed Kendall way too much :) Here are some pics from the Cotton Bowl :)
Pretty fun time...just the loss wasn't fun!

Walking into the game. The stadium was super cool!
Whoop! Still love the Ags! Much better end to the season than I expected! Ready for next year and taking baby K to the games!

Couple of breakthroughs!

So, Kendall has had a couple of first things happen. We spent the weekend at my parents house in Magnolia. This happens often. We really love the extra help and I think my mom NONsecretly likes her being there all weekend. Kendall had her first wagon ride She was not sure what to think at first and then fell fast asleep when she realized she was being  pushed around in her personal limo :)

Then we sat in our Bumbo chair. I was just putting her in the chair to see if she liked it and she really surprised me by sitting up tall and not even drooping her head. She is one strong little girl!!!

She even liked to watch tv...this could become a problem for us if she likes lifetime movie network. We will get NOTHING done :)

This is not a first, but she just now likes her tummy time. She will stay there really long if daddy is playing with her. Otherwise, its only a few minutes at a time.
